[vdr] femon & h.264 dvb-s2 channels - some information is missing

With DVB-T those are ok, but missing are
Transmission ---
Modulation   ---
Coderate     --- (H) --- (L)
Guard        ---
and Bandwith is reported as 7Mhz, should be 8Mhz
