[vdr] new videocard from ATI with hardware decoding of HD video - UVD2

Hi,

I would hope for good support hdtv decoding video.

Do you have any experience with ATI Radeon X1250? It support HDMI output
1080P but I couldn't find any clear feedback with regards to
performance.
