[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] runvdr extreme 0.3

I've updated the runvdr extreme script to version 0.3.

The new version adds some distribution-like comfort to plugin 
management, by managing whole directories of configuration files. A new 
script, runvdr-conf.d, can be used to manage symbolic links in 
/etc/runvdr/conf.d/ for different plugins. This allows to manage plugins 
with enable and disable sub-commands of runvdr-conf.d.

To bring this 'to the extreme', the script can make use of the osdserver 
plugin and allows interactive enabling/disabling of plugins in the VDR OSD.

To round things up, the new version also supports the latest VDR command 
line options, and comes with a sample init.d script for Debian-like 
distributions.
