[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] Clock Plugin 1.0.0

Hello,

since the start of this plugin there was an issue when you call the plugin 
twice via keymacro. This bug should now be solved. So I decided to make a 
major jump to version 1.0.0 . The new version can be found here [1]

- Corrected a bug when the plugin is called twice from a keymacro
