[vdr] [PATCH] Use pkg-config to find freetype/fontconfig flags

That the point, for the plugin vdr-image[¹] exist same problems with
libavcodec from ffmpeg. This library has many compile options.
I thick the best solution are "pkg-config" to handle includes and
libraries dependencies in a proper style.
