[vdr] VDR_CHARSET_OVERRIDE and 1.7.0 ?

Hello,

I got wrong char on some channels with 1.7.0 which were fine with 1.6.0
and VDR_CHARSET_OVERRIDE set to ISO8859-15.

Is there some change in that aspect not documented in HISTOTY ?
