[vdr] for ffmpeg-devels needs the problem h.264 samples

This may happen to be a ‘bonus’, but cannot be reasonably expected, 
as 1080p output is not listed in the card’s technical specs. Nevertheless, 
provided the existing alternatives, this card seems to be very attractive 
for possible HDTV solutions.
