[vdr] xineliboutput and PrimaryDVB

Aargh... Thank You, I did not think of looking for plugin options
in vdr itself, these is no mention of -p option in plugin itself.
I did RTFM (README) of xineliboutput.

I think that 'vdr -help' is not the correct place for any plugin options.
