[vdr] Problem of Text2skin & 1080-background from png, gif ect..

In this the case the cursor inside <list is moving very slow even if the
picture drawn by one color. 
If the background is drawn by software (rectangle etc..), then all OK. 
The combination of image + software drawn does not increase the speed.
Seems, this is a problem of overlay layer from image, which for some
reason too many loads CPU.
