[vdr] timer set in a different channel than current

Hi all,
it's a long time i'm this problem and i don't know how to solve:

when i'm on a channel (ie. ORD) and i wanna set a timer of a different
channel (ie. Eurosport) i can't move between channel list inside the
timer  OSD menu. Is this normal? I remember with VDR 1.4.7 was running
but now with 1.6.0-2 there is no way.

Maybe this behaviour is related with Extension Patch? If yes, is there a
patch to fix it?

My system is Arch Linux with kernel 2.6.25, VDR 1.6.0-2 with Extension
Patch v. 62.
