New version of epgfixer-plugin

Features in 0.0.3:

- Regular expression support (requires PCRE).
- Editing of regular expressions through setup menu.
- Enabling/disabling individual regular expressions through
   setup menu.
- Individually selectable bug fixes from VDR core. (These should be
   rewritten as regular expressions if possible)
