A n-curses-based radio application by Gerd Knorr, and bundled as part of the xawtv package.
The radio application consists of a single binary, radio. The man page says it looks for the kradio configuration file ~/.kde/share/config/kradiorc. Failing that, radio tries ~/.radio. Try issuing the command:
radio -c /dev/radio3
You should get a blue and red curses screen. Arrow keys increase and decrease frequency in 0.05 intervals.
