Hi all,

I have a very simple (stupid maybe) question: What have I to do to apply a patch just like one of this at: "http://dl.bytesex.org/releases/video4linux/" ???

I'm an absolute newbie on this terrain. So please give me a detailled (step-by-step) description about it, please!
