Hello again,
a friend told me how to change the type of convert in mpg2mpg.cc
now the ğmakeĞ command is succesfull...when I now try to do a ğmakeĞ 
in the gVideo dir, I get the following error:

g++    -c -o gVideo.o gVideo.cc
