New in the Version:
- A Small "scan-channels"-Script. (I still use VDR 0.68 where scanning "by
  hand" is the only option)
  You can use the channel numbers and/or channel-names
- The Joining of Timers can now be turned off
- Now only timers that are in the future are accepted (If you have a
  "old" epg.data)
- New Config-Options "jointimers" and "debug"
- Search-Order for Config has changed. Now "~/.master-timer" is searched
  first
- Now you can provide any number of Channels in torecord. (Delimiter is ";")
  And you switch to "blacklist"-mode if you prepent a "!" to the first
  channel
