Hi, this is only interesting for users with Athlons and KT133 or KX133
chipsets. With the lvtool

I was able to cool my Athlon 800 down to 43°C (before it has 55°C). Not seen
any side effects now :-) vdr is running fine; uses max 10% cpu time
(measured in cutting and simultan playback mode). No need to disable the
kapm-idled.
(due to some restrictions of the Athlons, the HLT command does not power
down the CPU; you need to set 2 registers in the north and southbridge too,
this is done by the lvtool daemon).
