[linux-dvb] VDR->divx the first step

Today I did it, VDR -> DivX conversion works (at least for me),

I don't need to convert VDR-files with PVAstrumento or mplex, 
try it out:

(it can also handle the sync of A/V)

I don't know if this will compile on your machine, because I do not have
a lot of C/C++ experience (I'm not an expert in C/C++ so I sure did some
ugly "workarounds" until it works/compiles)

Tonight I will start some tests if it really works!

I'm open for comments.
