I turned sync off and i plays now.

After further analysis, i am absolutly sure, that they screwed the stream. 
Audio pts are actually too slow compared to the amount of audio contained in 
the packets. At the dvd cell boundary theyr muxer apparently recognized the 
difference between video and audio pts and reset the video pts to match the 
(wrong) audio pts.
