But SRTL (Super RTL) is working in Windows with the Hauppauge Tool.
I have checked channels.conf again, but the values of my channels.conf
are the same as the values from the Hauppauge Card.
The channels list from Hauppauge has no "FEC" and no "QAM" as I see
and the frequency is a bit different. It is always 12kHz higher.
(For example for channel SuperRTL it is 570012 in the Hauppauge list
and 570000000 in my own list. Could this be a reason?)

Why is the difference between the frequences always a multiple of 4MHz?
Isn' t it possible that for expample between 570000000Hz and 574000000Hz
is a frequence where also data is transmitted?
Or isn't it possible that an other Cable-Provider uses the frequences
like this: 571000000Hz, 575000000Hz,... ?

I have time and I will try to do it, but I don't know if I have the
knowledge to do it.
