[linux-dvb] DVB-S cards which buy ?

Hi

I want to buy a DVB card that is 
1) cheap
2) can receive {data,video,coded video} streams
3) working under Linux

I found: VisionPlus VP - 1020 , Skystar 2.
Skystar 2 is quite nice and cheap , but isn't fully supported by 
current driver. If it isn't too hard I can spend some time and try to write 
missing parts of driver (are there available specs for chips present on this
card ?) 

else can you advice me another card ?
