I'm quite sure that this is not possible, not due to any technical 
limitation, but simply due to ntl.

As far as I understand it, the smartcard is registered only to your Pace 
Digibox and so would need to be activated for another host (i.e. the CAM).

Needless to say, ntl won't do this :/

Again, mindless stupidity on behalf on ntl.. fools... it's their loss in the 
long run.
