[linux-dvb] DVB-C is working now with CVS 20021119!

Hi!

Well, now the DVB-C (Hauppauge DVB-C 2.1) works nice with CVS from 20021119.
Tuning with VDR works nice and also scan creates a channels.conf without any
problems. It seems that the driver try's more than one time to lock the
channel if it fails the first time. This is an absolute reliable way tuning
the channel.
