[linux-dvb] Can anyone tune this channel?

Hi,

I'm curious to know if anyone can successfully see this channel:

channel name La 7, 16 deg. E (Eutelsat W2) Freq 12630, pol H,
s.r. 6111, vpid 257,   apid 258.

I have a 85 cm dish with two lnbs: the first is fixed at 13 deg. est, and
I tried  to move the second in every direction to tune La7, but I
could never lock the frequency.

Some friends of mine with a movable dish didn't succeed either, blaming
the low symbol rate. Is it possible?
