[linux-dvb] README-2.6 is missing a Hint for "CONFIG STANDALONE"

The 2.6-README should have a hint that
config STANDALONE a.k.a.
  "Code maturity level options"
  -> "Select only drivers that don't need compile-time external firmware"
needs to be disabled to get the possibility to compile in the av7110
firmware!
