Note that I _do_ turn on LNB power now when setting up the devices in VDR.
The only thing is that I don't send the "old-style" tone, voltage and burst
commands, but simply use plain DiSEqC codes like [E0 10 38 F0].
This works absolutley fine with the DVB driver, and I would expect it
to still work in dvb-kernel. However, there it only works sometimes...
