[linux-dvb] AverMedia DVB-T and Kernel 2.6.6

Hi,

Does kernel 2.6.6 without any patches include support for the AverMedia
DVB-T? I had my card up and running correctly with kernel 2.4.24 and
linuxtv-dvb-1.1.0, but I can't make it work with kernel 2.6.6.

I try to run dvbstream, but it fails to open
/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0:

> dvbstream -f 778000 -qam 64 -gi 8 -cr 2_3 -bw 8 -tm 8 -o:/tmp/test.mpg
4004 1039 1038 1036 1032
dvbstream v0.6 - (C) Dave Chapman 2001-2004
Released under the GPL.
Latest version available from http://www.linuxstb.org/
Processing -o:/tmp/test.mpg
Open file /tmp/test.mpg
FRONTEND DEVICE: : No such device
FE_GET_INFO: : Bad file descriptor
MAP 0, file /tmp/test.mpg: From -1 secs, To -1 secs, 5 PIDs - 4004 1039
1038 1036 1032
dvbstream will stop after -1 seconds (71582788 minutes)
FD 0: DEMUX DEVICE: : No such device

The "FRONTEND DEVICE:" line is printed by dvbstream when it fails to
open /dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0.

I have tried looking at the output (see below) when I load the modules.
bttv claims that it doesn't recognize my card. Is this normal?

Furthermore, dvb_bt8xx says: "unable to determine DMA core of card 0".

Other than that, I can't see any problems. I have the firmware-file in
the location that it should be according to the .config-file for the
kernel.

Thankful for any help that I can get.

/Mattias

Running the following commands:

> modprobe bttv bttv_debug=1 i2c_hw=1
> modprobe dvb_core
> modprobe dvb_bt8xx
> modprobe sp887x
