I tried linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 but it does not compile under kernel 2.6.10-rc2

The dvb driver included in kernel 2.6.10-rc2 does not work (same as the
driver in 2.6.8, OSD trouble) :

Same with dvb-kernel cvs driver.

The driver is OK with DVB-c 
 - DVB: registering new adapter (Technotrend/Hauppauge PCI rev2.1 or 2.2)
 - DVB: registering frontend 0 (VES1820 based DVB-C frontend)...
The driver has an OSD trouble with DVB-s (ff TT DVB-S rev1.X)
 - DVB: registering new adapter (Technotrend/Hauppauge WinTV DVB-S rev1.X)
 - DVB: registering frontend 0 (Philips TDA8083 DVB-S)...
