[linux-dvb] No data transfer

Hi!
I have one Sky Star 2 DVB card, B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip rev. 2.68. My system
is one Debian Woody, with 2.6.9 kernel. The lspci say:

chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB card (rev 01)
I will use SatSpeed servis to download. I tray with szap and with dvbtune, but
no result, u dont receive pachages over dvb interface.
All documentacion what provide the ISP is unusable, support over forum is
blocked, and on mail wont nobody givin answer.
In kernel is: DVB Core support, Technisat Skystar2 PCI, and all frontends
modules.

So, a can't use sat4u client.
What can be a problem?
