Here is an initial tuning data file for DVB-T in my area, Taipei, Taiwan.

# Taiwan - Taipei, northern Taiwan
# T freq bw fec_hi fec_lo mod transmission-mode guard-interval hierarchy
T 533000000 6MHz 1/2 NONE QAM16 8k 1/8 NONE
T 545000000 6MHz 2/3 NONE QAM16 8k 1/8 NONE
T 557000000 6MHz 2/3 NONE QAM16 8k 1/4 NONE
T 581000000 6MHz 2/3 NONE QAM16 8k 1/4 NONE
T 593000000 6MHz 2/3 NONE QAM16 8k 1/4 NONE

What about the channel at 575MHz? My NOVA-T locked to a signal on this
frequency, but only had 50% signal strength and 0% signal quality, so
nothing could actually be received, but it appears the channel is there...

BTW: The TechnoTrend T1300 (TDM1316L + TDA10045H + SAA7146A) is actually
able to receive 6MHz bandwidth channels, even though the card is only
designed for 7/8MHz. I programmed the TDM1316L SAW filter to 7MHz and the
TDA10045H to 6MHz and it worked fine on a number of channels in Taipei. I
couldn't get some due to weak signal, but the card seems to have no issues
tuning to 6MHz channels.

Regarding the channel at 575MHz, I haven't done a local frequency scan in a while now. I received the channel information from the Taiwan Digital Television Committe:
http://www.dtvc.org.tw/html/p2_3.htm
If you can't read chinese the chart translates as the following. Taiwan currently has 5 TV companies serving the following areas: northern Taiwan (Taipei), Xinzhu area, central Taiwan (Taizhong), southern Taiwan (Tainan, Gaoxiong, Pingdong), and eastern Taiwan (Ilan, Hualian, Taidong).
Below is another chart listing the channels for each company. Before there was more information such as bandwidth, fec, mod, transmission mode, etc. But it seems that only the frequency is now listed.
I have only been able to scan for DVB-T channels in Taipei city at work using a Twinhan vp-3020. I welcome anyone else in Taiwan to scan around and submit their results.
