They're all right here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/tv_transmitters/tv_digit_full.shtml
Keighley is transmitting DVB-T on channels 48(0), 68(0), 66(0), 53(-),
30(0) and 34(0). It is also still transmitting analog:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/tv_transmitters/tv_emley.shtml
on channels 58, 64, 61 and 54, and "Keighley Town" is another analog
transmitter on channels 33, 26, 23 and 29. Quite a lot of waves flowing
around in your ether ;)
Anyway, back to the DVB-T channels, you can find the offsets for these
here:
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/static/reception_advice/dtt_pocket_guide_2-8.pdf
I already marked them above, Keighley only uses a -166.667kHz offset on
channel 53, so all the others are centre:
CH 48: 686 - 694 MHz digital: 690.000 MHz
CH 68: 846 - 854 MHz digital: 850.000 MHz
CH 66: 830 - 838 MHz digital: 834.000 MHz
CH 53: 726 - 734 MHz digital: 730.000 MHz - 166.667kHz = 729.833 MHz
CH 30: 542 - 550 MHz digital: 546.000 MHz
CH 34: 574 - 582 MHz digital: 578.000 MHz
