[mpeg2] no init for kfir on 2.4.0

The altera md5 is correct. For the ADSP microcode I get this:

05269813b418d4ce733e69b13db8dc03 MPEG1_6.HLD

The length should be:

-rw-r--r--   1 rjkm     users       59872 Dec  3 03:26 MPEG1_6.HLD
