[mpeg2] div by 0

I got a divide by zero Oops with the following parameters:

insmod kfir.o loaded=1 vidinmode=1 vidoutmode=0 sndfreq=6 vidsize=38 vidrate=4 vidinput=1 debug=1


I added some debugging in places where divides occur during the parameter
download, but i haven't tried this options list again because I'm sick of
rebooting my computer today.  :)
