These solutions (I tried before):

- Diamond Viper 550 (TNT) incl. TVout
- ElsaErazor III ViVo

did fail due to the lack of Linux driver support.

The Matrox G400 DH/TV was ok - I suggest you get the mplayer
package as it contains setup instructions to use the G400 for
TV out. All solutions seems to lack some flexibility, right now
I run the Matrox with an external VGA->S-VHS/Composite video
converter as this gives the best image results and flexibility
on my video test box while minimizing setup by far. This solution
also gets me RGB Scart output.
