This makes no difference here. 
The TV is not always plugged to the TV-out.
And "if not TV 75Ohm detected" the box defaults to "VGA".
There is no "minute" delay.

Just to make absolutely sure:
Connect a 75 Ohms resitor to "TVout" and unplug the VGA.


Which board revision do you have?
(Mine: "Ver:1")

No, i just pressed "F7"(? Default settings)  and turned 
floppy off and set serial 1 to 3f8 (or so).
Too i disabled all caching of ROMs.


maybe fill in the support formular msi-computer.de ?
(The reports are really read! Just got a suggestion for
my "POST RAM test failure on cold boot" problem. (And they 
fixed the broken PAL-TV-Out)).


I read somewhere that it might be usefull to delete the entire
CMOS-RAM after a BIOS update.
