Do these problems occur with both VDR 0.99pre1 _and_ 0.98 if you use the
driver version 2001-11-17? Does VDR 0.99pre1 work with driver 2001-10-03?

Since I don't have DVB-C I can only test DVB-S, but I haven't had such
problems with driver 2001-11-17.
