[vdr] DVBimage - a still image viewer

Hi,

For those of you trying to use "ppv", I have released my DVBimage program 
which can be used to display still images on a DVB card.  "ppv" has not been 
updated to use the "new" API of the DVB driver, so won't work with any recent 
version of the driver.

See the README file in that archive for full details.  I use it as a webcam 
viewer - hence the strange usage instructions.  It is mainly useful as a 
demonstration of the capability of the card to display still images.

The most important thing to note (for VDR users) is that it doesn't work with 
Klaus's "still image patch" applied to the driver.  You should test it with a 
clean driver from linuxtv.org.
