Not oldest, i mean it won't delete the $MAXCOUNT newest files.

Another thing. the "ls" commands needs another 2 options "-rt"
(Sorting by time, in reverse order. Otherwise it would delete wrong dirs
if Subdir-Format isn't "<Date><Time>.rec")
