RTFM - or in this case the maillinglist. I posted a patch for the LiveAC3 
problem yesterday and Andy already released an AIO patch that includes the 
fix.

also: live TV digital AC3 out over the dvb card IS NOT SUPPORTED, digital out 
ONLY works in replay modes.
