[vdr] LNB-sharing patch updated

Hello!

Due to changes from 1.0.0pre5 to 1.0.0 in dvbapi.c which I did not include 
correctly, the LNB-sharing patches for VDR 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 contain a bug.
Sorry for any inconvinence this may have caused.
An updated LNB-sharing patch for 1.0.1 is available at:

I made a few internal changes, but everything should work as expected. If not
