and the patch for mencoder, needed to produce divx/ac3 from VDR recordings 
with AC3 audio http://ma.hoff.bei.t-online.de/2divx/MP_vdrac3_patch.diff !

This version features:
- switched to the new Mencoder commandline params (use current cvs)
- small bugfixes

@Hubertus Sandmann: Creating directories still missing :-( Sorry - coming 
real soon - didn't want to make a fast patch :-/
