[vdr] Error with mplex while using tosvcd (v 0.5)

Hi 


while trying to convert a vdr file with tosvcd i get the following
error-msg after the mpeg2enc part is done and tosvcd tries to run the
mplex. 

INFO: [mplex] mplex version 2.2.1 ($Date: 2002/02/04 19:06:14 $)
INFO: [mplex] File Test_Movie.svcd.mpg.mpv looks like an MPEG Video
stream.
**ERROR: [mplex] Test_Movie.svcd.mpg.mpa unrecogniseable!
**ERROR: [mplex] Unrecogniseable file(s)... exiting.

but with xine 0.9.10 i have no problem hearing the sound out of thet
unrec. mpa file. xine tells me the following about the audio file 

  demux_mpgaudio: MPEG 1  Layer 2  256kbps
  audio_decoder: using audio decoder plugin 'mad'

I'm using the 

	mjpegtools-1.6.0-1
	vdr-1.0.3
	tosvcd 0.5
	
	on a Athlon Mandrake 8.2 (with some cooker in it) 
i would be very thankfull if someone could tell me where the error
ist.
