[vdr] Re: 1.0.3 & teletext, AIO 2605

I have also set up a completely new system with SuSE 8.0 (original
kernel), with vdr 1.0.3 AIO 2605 and using libvideogfx 1.0.2. The driver
I'am using is from around February (don't have the exact date here right
now). I tested with the newer driver from Klaus' page but that one turned
out to be too unstable for me.

I made two modifications to the driver:

1. included <linux/highem.h> in saa7146_core to make it load under 2.4.18
2. changed the VIDEO_STILLPICTURE function in dvb.c with the modification
that is listed in README.VTX

It's only running for a day now, but yesterday evening I expierenced no
problems at all. Even though I read some amount of Teletext-pages.
