[vdr] dvbpl does not work for me

I have patched with AIO2206 the vdr 1.0.4 and trying to receive the 
stream on a Win Me station. On vdr server all looks OK , added the route 
in routing table,  iptraf show a 4.5 Mbit udp traffic outgoing form 
server on ZDF. Server is running RH7.3 with the distro kernel.
   On the win Me station I've installed dvbpl-020619,  downloaded 
msvcr70d.dll that dvbpl is asking for, downloaded EMpgDec20beta.zipfrom 
www.elecard.com .
   After all that when launching, dvbpl is continuously synchronizing. 
May be my 10Mbit hub not enough for the 4.5Mbit traffic ?
In the faq says that an unfinished sync state indicate many net errors.

What is Code 534?
