use this url while logged in at t-online:
http://service.t-online.de/t-on/dien/emai/ar/CP/ar-smtp-relayserver.html
there you can read something about the relayserver. Click on "Anmelden" 
und log in. There you could activate the relay-server.
After that use smtprelay.t-online.de as smtp-server.....
