[vdr] DVD plugin for VDR developer version 1.1.5

Hi,

The first DVD plugin for the new VDR version 1.1.5 is now available at:

http://warp10.net/dvd/plugin-devel/

The plugin requires a slightly modified version of libdvdnav which can also be 
found there.

This is the first plugin release and also the first release that uses 
libdvdnav. It *does* still have problems, not all features of the old patch 
have been implemented yet and it is mostly intended as a working prototype. 
Having said that, i should also mention that it does appear to be quite 
stable already ;-)
