[vdr] Problems compiling dvd 0.0.6 plugin

Hello,

I'm not able to successfully compile the dvd plugin version 0.0.6 with vdr
1.1.8. Everytime I've tried, I'vde got the following error:

player-dvd.c:108: `dvdnav_set_trick_speed' undeclared (first use this
function)
player-dvd.c:108: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for
each function it appears in.)

player-dvd.c:320: `DVDNAV_TRICK_MODE_CHANGE' undeclared (first use this
function)
player-dvd.c:322: `dvdnav_get_trick_speed' undeclared (first use this
function)
make[1]: *** [player-dvd.o] Fehler 1

Any ideas? Yes, I supplied vdr 1.1.8 with the spu2.diff.
