ok, i forgot to include one information before: i have also a ATI Radeon AIW
in the computer, might this be interrupting the connection between vdr and
the dvb driver?

The /dev/video0 device was pointing to /dev/v4l/video0. I changed the symlink
to /dev/ost/video0. Is this ok?

How can i debug further?

Thank you,
Jochen
