[vdr] wrong naming for recording using TITLE/SUBTITLE

It seems that the actual name of the recording of a repeating timer
is used out of the EPG as wished, but the entry is of the previous 
broadcast. (As we let it start some minutes earlier).

Would be better to (re)name the directory at the end of the recording as
vdr might now have guessed the right title.

It seems there are some inherent design flaws in the DVB standard...
The EPG etc. should be synchronized to the actual transmission and not
just transmitted as planned weeks ago.
