Of course, it is. Or what signals do you think your monitor gets?

You just have to build a connector from VGA->SCART and tweak the
framebuffer-settings (works with most cards).
When a GFX/Soundcard-plugin for VDR is available, I'll remove the DVB-S from
my server and use that solution!
