Is to connect a ISO7818 smartcard socket; here is the pinout and more

BTW, with J8 unfitted, is possible to solder directly a "smartcard chip
carrier" socket in the DVB board directly.

Anyway and AFAIK, the access to this smartcard is only possible with a
modified firmware and this is a clossed matter :-(.
